Potato
Potatoes grown in the Bromo highlands are predominantly the Granola Kembang and Granola L varieties.
Granola Kembang is known for its elongated shape, soft and fluffy texture, and natural yellow flesh. This premium variety is highly favored for its taste and cooking quality.
Celery
Celery (Apium graveolens) is a vegetable that is particularly suited to cultivation in mountainous areas. This plant belongs to the Apiaceae family and is widely used as a cooking spice, food supplement, and even as an ingredient in traditional medicine.
Grown in the Bromo Highlands, mineral-rich volcanic soil of the mountains, our purple cabbage has thicker, crisper, and naturally sweet leaves. The slow, cool-growing process produces denser, fuller heads.
